TePilot has no developer server that collects your data. Most processing occurs on your device, and external transmission is strictly limited to services you connect (Google, chosen AI provider, vehicle account), weather/address/map tile lookups, and support inquiries you submit yourself.

TePilot은 사용자 데이터를 모아두는 제작자 서버가 없습니다. 위치·주행 데이터와 차량 폰키는 사용자의 폰에 저장·처리되며, 외부로 나가는 통신은 ① 사용자가 연결한 구글(차계부 시트 동기화), ② AI 기능을 켰을 때 쓰는 AI 공급자(음성·문구·주행 비교 해석), ③ 카메라 경고용 내비 SDK, ④ 로그인 시 차량 계정 API(차량 데이터 조회), ⑤ 날씨·주소/장소 조회와 차계부 지도 타일, ⑥ 문의(지원 티켓)를 접수할 때만 이슈 관리 서비스(Linear) 정도입니다. ⑥은 제작자가 운영하는 중계 서버를 거치지만, 이 서버는 문의 내용·로그·사진을 저장하지 않고 그대로 전달만 합니다(아래 '지원 티켓' 항목 참고). 모두 사용자의 설정·연결 또는 직접적인 접수 행위로만 동작합니다.
TePilot has no developer server that collects your data. Location, drive data, and vehicle phone keys are stored and processed solely on your phone. External communications only include: ① Google (Trip log sync), ② AI Providers when AI features are enabled, ③ Nav SDK for camera alerts, ④ vehicle account API if logged in, ⑤ Weather/Address/Map tile APIs, and ⑥ an issue-tracking service (Linear) only when you submit a support inquiry. For ⑥, traffic passes through a relay server operated by the developer, but that server stores no inquiry content, logs, or photos — it only forwards them (see 'Support Inquiries' below). All of these operate strictly based on your settings, connections, or an explicit action you take.
주행 인식과 과속·구간단속 카메라 경고를 위해 위치를 사용합니다. 경고 판단은 단말에서 처리되며, 주행 경로 자체를 제작자 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
Location is used to detect driving and provide speed camera alerts. Alert processing happens locally; we do not send your routes to a developer server.
차량 연결·제어에 쓰이는 키 정보는 기기 로컬에 저장됩니다. 차량과 블루투스로 직접 통신하며, 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
Key information used to connect/control the car is stored locally on your device. It communicates directly with the car via Bluetooth and is not sent to any external server.
거리·전비·충전 등 주행 기록은 단말 DB에 저장됩니다. 사용자가 구글 시트 연동을 켠 경우 본인 구글 계정의 시트로만 동기화됩니다.
Distance, efficiency, and charging logs are stored in the local DB. If Google Sheets sync is enabled, it syncs only to your personal Google account.
생성된 음성 멘트 캐시와 앱 설정(음성 on/off, 임계값 등)은 단말에 저장됩니다. 민감 정보가 아닙니다.
Generated voice phrase cache and app settings are stored locally. They do not contain sensitive info.
차량 계정에 로그인하면 인증 토큰이 기기에 암호화 저장됩니다. 차량 데이터를 받아오는 데만 쓰이며 제작자 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 로그아웃하면 삭제됩니다.
If logged in, the auth token is encrypted & stored locally. Used only to fetch vehicle data, never sent to our servers. Deleted upon logout.
문제 분석용 동작 로그는 단말에만 보관되며, 사용자가 직접 이메일로 보내거나 지원 티켓을 접수할 때만 외부로 나갑니다. 로그에는 위치·주행 등 문제 분석에 필요한 정보가 포함될 수 있어, 접수 전 앱이 안내를 보여줍니다.
Diagnostic logs are kept locally. They are only sent externally if you manually email them or submit a support inquiry. Logs may include location/driving data needed for troubleshooting — the app shows a notice before you submit.

차계부 동기화를 위해 사용자가 로그인한 구글 계정에 접근합니다. 범위는 drive.file — 앱이 만든 파일만 다루며, 다른 문서에는 접근하지 않습니다.
Accesses your logged-in Google account for trip log sync. Scope is drive.file — we only handle files created by the app and cannot access your other documents.
AI 기능을 켜면, 사용자가 입력한 본인 API 키로 선택한 공급자(Gemini / OpenAI 등)에 다음이 전송됩니다: ① 음성 합성·작문용 멘트 텍스트, ② ‘AI로 자동화 만들기’에 입력한 자연어 문장, ③ 주행 비교의 AI 해석 버튼을 눌렀을 때의 주행 통계 요약(거리·시간·전비 비교). 기본값은 off이며, 끄면(또는 버튼을 누르지 않으면) 전송되지 않습니다.
If you enable AI features, using your own API key, the following is sent to the chosen provider (Gemini/OpenAI): ① Text for voice synthesis/phrases, ② Natural language for 'Build Automation with AI', ③ Trip stat summaries when requesting AI insights. Default is OFF; nothing is sent if disabled.
과속·구간단속 카메라 데이터와 GPS 가이던스를 위해 내비게이션 SDK(카카오 KNSDK)를 사용합니다. 위치 기반 경고 처리에 한정됩니다.
Uses a navigation SDK (Kakao KNSDK) for speed/section camera data and GPS guidance. Limited strictly to location-based alert processing.
차량 연결·제어는 블루투스 근거리 통신으로 차량과 직접 이루어집니다. 인터넷을 경유하지 않습니다.
Vehicle connection and control are done directly via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). It does not go through the internet.
로그인하면 차량 정보(배터리·주행거리 등)를 차량 제조사의 공식 계정 API 또는 사용자가 연결한 서드파티 서비스(Tessie)에서 직접 받아옵니다. 토큰·키는 기기에 저장되며 제작자 서버를 거치지 않습니다. 로그인 안 하면 동작하지 않습니다.

차계부 상세의 경로 지도를 그릴 때 OpenStreetMap 타일 서버에서 지도 이미지를 내려받습니다. 조회하는 지도 영역 좌표가 서버에 전달되며, 계정·키 없이 동작합니다.
Downloads map images from OpenStreetMap tile servers when drawing trip log routes. Map bounding box coordinates are sent; operates without keys or accounts.

앱 안에서 문의를 직접 접수할 때만 이슈 관리 서비스(Linear)로 다음이 전송됩니다: 입력한 제목·설명, 차량 식별용 익명 해시값(VIN 원문이 아님), 앱·기기 정보, 선택 시 진단 로그와 첨부 사진. VIN 원문은 전송되지 않지만, 로그 내용에는 위치·주행 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 접수된 내용은 개발자가 확인 가능한 소수 신뢰 인원(운영 워크스페이스)에게만 노출됩니다. 접수하지 않으면 아무것도 전송되지 않습니다.
중계 서버: 전송은 제작자가 운영하는 중계 서버(linear.weekendproject.net)를 거칩니다. 이 서버는 문의 내용·진단 로그·첨부 사진을 디스크에 저장하지 않고 Linear로 그대로 전달하며, 접속 기록에도 요청 본문이나 개인정보를 남기지 않습니다. 차량 식별 해시는 서버에서 한 번 더 해시 처리되어 원래 값을 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
보관 및 삭제: 접수한 문의는 앱의 문의 목록에서 직접 삭제할 수 있고, 삭제하면 즉시 열람이 차단된 뒤 영구 삭제됩니다(서비스 제공사의 휴지통 정책에 따라 완전 파기까지 최대 60일이 소요될 수 있습니다). 해결·종료된 문의는 14일 후 자동으로 보관 처리되어 목록에서 사라집니다.
국외 이전: Linear는 미국에 서버를 둔 서비스로, 위 항목은 문의 접수 시점에 인터넷을 통해 미국으로 이전됩니다. 이전받는 자는 Linear Orbit, Inc.(미국)이며, 이전 목적은 문의 접수·답변이고, 보유 기간은 위 '보관 및 삭제'와 같습니다. 문의를 접수하지 않으면 이전은 발생하지 않습니다.
Only when you submit an inquiry in the app, the following is sent to an issue-tracking service (Linear): the title/description you typed, an anonymized hash identifying your vehicle (never the raw VIN), app/device info, and — if you choose — diagnostic logs and attached photos. The raw VIN is never sent, but log contents may include location/driving data. Submissions are visible only to a small trusted group (the operating workspace). Nothing is sent unless you submit.
Relay server: Submissions pass through a relay server operated by the developer (linear.weekendproject.net). It writes nothing to disk — inquiry text, diagnostic logs, and photos are forwarded straight to Linear — and its access log records no request bodies or personal data. The vehicle hash is hashed again on the server and cannot be reversed.
Retention and deletion: You can delete a submitted inquiry from the inquiry list in the app. Deletion blocks access immediately and the data is then permanently erased (full erasure may take up to 60 days depending on the provider's trash policy). Resolved or closed inquiries are archived automatically after 14 days and disappear from the list.
Overseas transfer: Linear is hosted in the United States, so the items above are transferred to the U.S. over the internet at the moment you submit. Recipient: Linear Orbit, Inc. (USA); purpose: handling and answering your inquiry; retention: as described above. No transfer occurs unless you submit an inquiry.
