서비스 내용 The Service

서비스는 테슬라 차량 이용을 돕는 서드파티 앱으로, 과속 카메라·구간단속 안내, 경로 안내, 차계부·통계, 자동화, 음성 안내 등을 제공합니다.

서비스는 어떤 차량 제조사와도 제휴·보증·후원 관계가 없습니다. 안내는 운전 보조용 참고 정보이며, 실제 도로 상황과 법규를 지키는 책임은 운전자에게 있습니다.

AI 음성 안내 등에 쓰려고 이용자가 직접 입력한 외부 API 키(Google·OpenAI 등)는 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 그 키의 관리와 외부 서비스가 청구하는 비용은 이용자 본인의 책임입니다.

The Service is a third-party app that helps you use your Tesla vehicle, providing speed camera and section control alerts, route guidance, trip logs and statistics, automations, and voice guidance.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. Alerts are reference information to assist driving; the driver remains responsible for actual road conditions and traffic laws.

External API keys you enter yourself for features such as AI voice guidance (Google, OpenAI, etc.) are stored only on your device. Managing those keys and any charges billed by the external service are your own responsibility.

무료 이용과 하루 이용권 Free Use and Day Passes

서비스의 기능은 무료로도 이용할 수 있습니다. 일부 기능은 광고를 보고 받는 "하루 이용권"이 있어야 열립니다.

경로 안내 등 일부 기능은 외부 지도 서비스의 무료 이용 한도 안에서 제공됩니다. 한도를 넘지 않는 동안에는 무료로도 광고를 보고 계속 이용할 수 있습니다. 사용량이 한도를 넘으면 해당 기능은 무료·후원 이용에서 제한되고 구독 전용으로 바뀔 수 있습니다.

무료 이용 범위와 하루 이용권 규칙은 서비스 사용량과 외부 서비스 정책에 따라 조정될 수 있습니다.

하루 이용권은 해당 날짜에만 유효하고 이 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 이용권은 복원되지 않으며, 이용권은 환불·양도 대상이 아닙니다.

The Service can be used for free. Some features require a "day pass," which you receive by watching an ad.

Some features, such as route guidance, are provided within the free usage limit of an external map service. While usage stays within that limit, free users can keep using them by watching ads. If usage exceeds the limit, those features may be limited for free and supporter use and become subscription-only.

The scope of free use and day pass rules may be adjusted based on service usage and external service policies.

A day pass is valid only on that day and is stored only on this device. It is not restored if you delete the app or change devices, and it cannot be refunded or transferred.

PRO 구독 PRO Subscription

PRO 구독은 월 또는 연 단위 자동 갱신 구독입니다. 구독하면 광고와 하루 이용권 없이 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.

결제는 구매 확인 시 App Store 또는 Google Play 계정으로 청구됩니다. 현재 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 같은 기간·같은 가격으로 자동 갱신됩니다.

해지는 언제든 App Store 또는 Google Play의 구독 관리에서 할 수 있으며, 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지는 계속 이용할 수 있고 다음 결제일부터 요금이 청구되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하는 것만으로는 구독이 해지되지 않습니다.

PRO 구독은 결제한 App Store 또는 Google Play 계정 단위로 적용됩니다. 같은 스토어 계정으로 로그인한 기기에서는 "구매 복원"으로 이용할 수 있고, 그 계정의 앱에 등록한 차량이 여러 대여도 모두 적용됩니다. 다른 스토어 계정(가족·배우자 등)에는 적용되지 않으며, App Store와 Google Play 사이에도 옮겨지지 않습니다.

구독 가격은 바뀔 수 있으며, 가격이 바뀌면 각 스토어의 절차에 따라 미리 알립니다.

PRO is an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly or yearly. With a subscription, you can use the Service without ads or day passes.

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can cancel anytime in App Store or Google Play subscription settings. After cancelling, you can keep using it until the end of the period already paid for, and you will not be charged from the next billing date. Deleting the app alone does not cancel the subscription.

PRO applies per App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. It can be used on any device signed in to the same store account via "Restore Purchases", and covers all vehicles registered in the app on that account. It does not extend to other store accounts (including family members or spouses) and does not transfer between the App Store and Google Play.

Subscription prices may change. Any change will be notified in advance according to each store’s procedures.

후원 Support (One-Time)

후원은 개발을 응원하는 한 번 결제입니다. 감사의 뜻으로 서비스가 제공되는 동안 광고를 없애 드립니다.

후원으로 약속하는 혜택은 광고 제거입니다. 그 밖의 기능 제공 여부와 범위는 운영 상황에 따라 바뀔 수 있으며, 후원이 특정 기능의 계속 제공을 보장하지 않습니다.

후원도 결제한 App Store 또는 Google Play 계정 단위로 적용됩니다. 같은 스토어 계정으로 로그인한 기기에서는 다시 설치하거나 기기를 바꿔도 "구매 복원"으로 되살릴 수 있고, 그 계정의 앱에 등록한 차량이 여러 대여도 모두 적용됩니다. 다른 스토어 계정(가족·배우자 등)에는 적용되지 않으며, App Store와 Google Play 사이에도 옮겨지지 않습니다.

현재는 후원자에게 PRO와 같은 범위의 기능을 열어 두고 있지만, 이는 운영상 제공이며 약속된 혜택은 광고 제거입니다.

후원은 1회 결제이며 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 서비스가 종료되면 후원에 따른 광고 제거 혜택도 함께 종료되며, 이미 결제한 후원금은 반환되지 않습니다(관계 법령·스토어 정책상 예외 제외).

Support is a one-time payment that backs development. As a thank-you, ads are removed for as long as the Service is provided.

The benefit promised for support is ad removal. Whether and how other features are provided may change depending on operations, and support does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific feature.

Support also applies per App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. It can be restored with "Restore Purchases" on any device signed in to the same store account, including after reinstalling or changing devices, and covers all vehicles registered in the app on that account. It does not extend to other store accounts (including family members or spouses) and does not transfer between the App Store and Google Play.

Supporters currently get the same feature access as PRO; this is provided at the developer's discretion, and the promised benefit remains ad removal.

Support is a one-time payment and refunds follow each store's policy. If the Service ends, the ad-free benefit ends with it and the support payment is not returned (except where law or store policy provides otherwise).

환불 Refunds

결제와 환불은 App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리하며, 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책을 따릅니다.

구독을 중도 해지하더라도 잔여 기간에 대한 요금은 환불되지 않습니다. 다만 관계 법령 및 각 스토어(Google Play, App Store)의 환불 정책에 따라 환불이 인정되는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

App Store를 통한 결제의 환불은 Apple의 정책과 절차에 따르며, 제작자는 이를 직접 처리할 수 없습니다. Apple의 문제 신고 페이지(reportaproblem.apple.com)에서 요청할 수 있고, 승인 여부는 Apple이 판단합니다.

Google Play를 통한 결제의 환불은 Google Play 환불 정책을 따르며, Google Play 주문 내역에서 요청할 수 있습니다. 결제 오류, 제작자 귀책의 서비스 장애 등 예외적인 경우에는 제작자가 확인 후 환불을 진행할 수 있습니다.

환불이 승인된 경우 해당 구독은 즉시 종료됩니다.

Payments and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow each store’s refund policy.

If you cancel a subscription mid-term, the fee for the remaining period is not refunded, except where a refund is granted under applicable law or the refund policy of the relevant store (Google Play or App Store).

Refunds for App Store purchases follow Apple’s policies and procedures, and the Developer cannot process them directly. You can request one at Apple’s Report a Problem page (reportaproblem.apple.com); Apple decides whether to approve it.

Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play’s refund policy and can be requested from your Google Play order history. In exceptional cases such as billing errors or service failures attributable to the Developer, the Developer may issue a refund after review.

If a refund is approved, the subscription ends immediately.

서비스 변경과 종료 Changes and Termination

제작자는 운영 상황, 외부 서비스(차량·지도·AI 등)의 정책 변경, 비용 등의 사유로 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.

중요한 변경이나 서비스 종료는 앱 공지 또는 홈페이지로 미리 알리도록 노력합니다. 서비스를 종료하면 자동 갱신 구독은 더 이상 갱신되지 않도록 조치합니다.

The Developer may change or end part or all of the Service due to operating conditions, policy changes of external services (vehicle, maps, AI, etc.), costs, or similar reasons.

The Developer will make efforts to announce important changes or termination in advance through in-app notices or the website. If the Service ends, auto-renewing subscriptions will be stopped from renewing.

책임의 제한 Limitation of Liability

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 외부 서비스·통신·기기·차량 상태에 따라 안내가 늦거나 빠지거나 부정확할 수 있습니다.

관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 제작자는 서비스 이용 또는 이용 불가로 생긴 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 관련 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임은 예외로 합니다.

The Service is provided "as is." Alerts may be delayed, missing, or inaccurate depending on external services, connectivity, devices, or vehicle state.

To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. This does not apply to any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
